Every Stovall Collection holiday card is professionally printed to order by our trusted printing partners in the American South and individually reviewed by our Memphis studio before production begins.

Rather than sending orders directly to press, our team carefully reviews every order by hand, taking time to physically lay out your card, confirm personalization, and ensure the artwork, spacing, and overall design look exactly as intended before it is released for printing.

Classic Flat Holiday Cards typically require 7–10 business days for production.

If you choose to purchase Digital Proofs, please allow an additional 1–3 business days for proof preparation. Production begins once your proof has been approved, so selecting a proof will extend your overall timeline.

Because every Stovall Collection order is personally reviewed before printing, we encourage ordering early—especially after mid-November, when holiday production reaches its busiest season. Ordering early allows our team the time to provide the thoughtful attention, careful review, and quality control that define the Stovall Collection experience.

Our Signature Photo Mount Holiday Cards are designed to be paired with a printed photograph, creating a finished holiday card with exceptional depth, texture, and craftsmanship. Unlike digitally printed photo cards, photo mount cards preserve the richness and detail of your photograph while creating a truly heirloom-quality piece.

Whether you're using a professional family portrait, a favorite iPhone snapshot, or a treasured black-and-white photograph, every Stovall Collection design is thoughtfully created to complement your image beautifully.

New to photo mount? Rather than printing your photograph directly onto the card, your printed photograph is carefully mounted by hand, creating a richer, more dimensional finished piece.

You're welcome to assemble your holiday cards at home using your printed photographs, or let us do the work for you. Our Stovall Concierge Photo Assembly service is available as an optional add-on, allowing our team to carefully mount each photograph by hand before your cards arrive, beautifully finished and ready to address.

Because every order is assembled by hand in our Memphis studio, Stovall Concierge Photo Assembly is available in limited quantities each holiday season. As production reaches capacity, this service may close before holiday card ordering ends. If you'd like us to assemble your cards for you, we encourage ordering early to reserve your place in our production schedule.

Would you feel more comfortable seeing your card before it goes to print? An optional digital proof may be added to your order for additional peace of mind.

A proof is especially helpful if you're wondering how longer names, wording, or spacing will look within your selected design. For our Photo Mount Holiday Cards, you may also choose a proof if our team is helping you coordinate an ink color with your photograph and you'd like to see the combination before printing.

Your first digital proof will show your personalized card as it is prepared for production and gives you the opportunity to review your wording, layout, spacing, and color selections.

Please note: The purchase of a digital proof includes one proof. If changes are requested after your first proof and you would like to receive an additional revised proof for review, each additional proof is $30. Purchasing a proof does not include unlimited proof rounds.

Once your proof is approved, your order will move into production and your approval is considered final.
