All orders are shipped via UPS Standard Ground unless otherwise specified. Shipping times and methods may vary based on the destination and the shipping option selected at checkout.
Stovall Collection by Jody Geary is not liable for delays in shipping or delivery caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, customs delays or carrier issues. Once an order has shipped, Stovall Collection by Jody Geary relinquishes control over the shipment and can only provide the tracking number for reference. Stovall Collection by Jody Geary is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been processed and shipped. Additionally, orders containing multiple personalized items may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.
