We personally take your completed envelopes to the Memphis Post Office to have them weighed and to confirm the correct postage amount. While we verify postage at the post office, we recommend clients double-check with USPS if they would like additional confirmation.

Please note that Stovall Collection does not mail announcements on behalf of clients. Once assembly is complete and postage is applied, all pieces are returned to you for mailing. We are not responsible for postal delays, returned mail, or delivery issues once the announcements leave our care.
